All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices and menu items may change without notice.

A surcharge of 10% applies on all Public Holidays.

Any applicable delivery fees, service fees, or surcharges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

3. Payment

Payment must be made at the time of ordering using an approved payment method.

Orders will not be prepared until payment has been successfully received.

4. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, vouchers, and special deals may be withdrawn, modified, or expire at any time without notice.

Only one promotion or discount may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Promotions cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Delivery & Collection

Estimated delivery and collection times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to traffic, weather, demand, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If you receive an incorrect order or believe your order is not of acceptable quality, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Where required by law, refunds, replacements, or store credits may be provided.
